← Back to HomepageOrdering a custom product online shouldn't feel like a gamble. Because every caricature, mug, and coaster set I make is created entirely one at a time by hand, you are involved in the design process from day one.
Use the order form on the homepage to tell me what you have in mind. It doesn't need to be professional! Just tell me the theme, wording, names, or quotes you want. If you are ordering a caricature, let me know you have photos ready.
I take your layout details and put together a digital preview. This lets you see exactly how the wrap-around mug print, text spacing, or caricature theme will look before a single drop of ink or heat touches the blank item.
If you look at the digital preview and want to shift a word, change a font color, or adjust a detail—we change it! Nothing gets pressed or printed until you look at the layout and give me the absolute green light.
Once you are 100% thrilled with the preview mockup, payment confirms the order details. I then head out to the workshop and personally handcraft your custom piece right here in Scotland.
I wrap your item up securely to make sure it survives the courier journey perfectly, then pop it in the mail straight to your door across the UK.
You only pay once you are happy. If we work on a mockup and you decide it isn't quite what you were looking for before production starts, you don't owe me a single penny. It keeps things completely risk-free for you.
