All items are individual, manual creations and made directly to order. Due to this bespoke craftsmanship process, tiny variations in colour vibrancy, material finish, and position alignment may naturally occur. These distinct characteristics are part of the custom press pipeline and ensure your piece is one-of-a-kind.
Customers are completely responsible for carefully proofreading names, custom text spellings, dates, and theme requirements before giving final confirmation. Bcrafty cannot be held liable for manufacturing errors caused by incorrect details submitted via the order forms.
High-quality handmade resin items require a strict window of time to fully chemical cure and settle safely. Please allow up to 10 days of production time for custom resin gift additions before shipment dispatch handles them.
When digital blueprint previews or product mockups are sent over, physical manufacturing will strictly wait until you review the layout and reply with your clear approval. Structural or layout modifications requested after your final design green light may not be possible.
Bcrafty is completely independent. We are not officially affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any specific professional football club or corporate brand. Fan-inspired or demonstrative mockup designs are individual celebration pieces only.
To safely secure materials and print workshop slots, custom production will only commence once full clear payment (or specifically agreed order deposits) have settled.
Workshop manufacturing timelines shift depending on the specific product item type, volume, and current seasonal order queue lengths. Estimated completion times are guidelines and may vary during heavy holiday rushes.
Due to the entirely permanent and custom-made nature of custom merchandise and personalized text prints, orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the physical item arrives structurally faulty or incorrect from the agreed mockup layout.
